14-day, no-questions-asked guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to justify it or fill out a form — a one-line email is enough.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@wanderveld.co from the address you used to purchase, with the subject line "Refund". Include your order number if you have it.
Processing time
Refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, EFT or PayPal). Bank settlement may take an additional 3–7 days depending on your card issuer.
After 14 days
We can no longer issue a refund after 14 days, but if there's a genuine quality issue (broken file, missing pages, factual error) email us anyway and we'll make it right — usually with a free updated copy or an upgrade to the next edition.
Keep the file
Because the e-book is a digital product, you may keep your downloaded copy after the refund. We trust travellers.
